Your Solicitor can break your case down into stages. They can give you an estimate of how many hours each stage is likely to take so you can get an idea of your legal costs.
In most of our immigration matters, we charge Fixed fees, which we believe is a most effective option for your case as you have a clear and precise knowledge of the costs involved. This allows you to plan your legal costs, i.e., our fees, Home Office fees and related services, other experts’ fees, etc. It provides you with a complete confidence at each stage of your case of the costs involved without any fuss.
We also have fixed fee options for Divorce, Civil Litigation, amongst others.
Our fee includes:
Taking your instructions and reviewing documentation.
Undertaking appropriate searches.
Sending a letter before action.
Receiving payment and sending onto you, or if the debt is not paid, drafting, and issuing the claim.
Where no Acknowledgment of Service or Defence is received, applying to the court to enter Judgement in default.
When Judgement in default in received, write to the other side to request payment.
